Our Product Specialist team is an amazing place to start your career at Calendly. You develop in-depth knowledge about our product and customers which you can leverage as you explore various avenues within Calendly. Maybe you're interested in being an individual contributor or people manager; continuing to grow in Customer Support or pursue Customer Success, Product, or Operations roles. You will have weekly 1:1 meetings with your Team Lead or Manager and regular touchpoints that are dedicated to discussing your performance and career goals. Our Team Leads and Managers are great at helping you gain experience through projects or shadowing so that you can build the knowledge and skills needed to make your next move.

Our Customer Success and Sales teams partner closely to ensure success for our customers. At an organizational level, Customer Success and Sales leaders communicate often about initiatives, expansion, pipeline helping to ensure our teams are good partners in a collective approach.

When working with customers, Customer Success Managers identify or create expansion opportunities from their conversations and share them with the Sales team. Customer Success also closely aligns with Sales Enablement so that both Customer Success and Sales have consistent training and knowledge sharing.

I recruit across several areas of the company but my primary focus is on our Customer Experience team. In my spare time, I am a mom of two boys and spend most of my time on the playground or engrossed in Legos and Hot Wheels.
